Three-layer gluing guarantees high measurement accuracy. Each of the three layers, both the longitudinal outer layers and the diagonal inner layer, is waterproof. They are covered with a special coating of melamine resin, which prevents concrete from sticking and facilitates cleaning, and paint, which provides protection against difficult weather conditions. Thanks to the polished surface, the concrete structure is perfectly smooth after removing the formwork. Pfeifer formwork boards are available in trimmed version with front edge protection and an untrimmed version.
