The new generation of BAUNORM fibre cement board is a product manufactured using Hatschek technology in the state-of-the-art META ENDÜSTRİ production plant. This autoclaved fibre cement board, reinforced with fibres, represents a new era in fibre cement production.

Super versatile, highly hydrophobic EKOBORD cement-fibre boards in fire resistance class A1 according to the EN-13501-1 standard.

Eco-friendly Ekobord cement-fibre boards are characterised by visible textures obtained thanks to the advanced Flow-On technology and the pressing system, but are also available in the FLAT option, i.e. sanded on both sides to obtain a flawlessly smooth surface. The aforementioned pressing system used in production increases the strength of the boards, ensuring their durability even in difficult climatic conditions. The use of facade systems recommended by Ekobord can save energy costs up to 40% and extend the life of the building. While the standard limit for cement-fibre boards in cyclic durability tests is 75, Ekobord products exceed it, achieving a durability of 87 cycles.
